• 24 hour Emergency Responder for Fire or Police if requested to your home.
• Storm check – within 24 hours after a severe storm.
• Inspect area for vandalism and forced entry.
• Weekly inspections (in-season)
• Bi-weekly inspections interior/exterior check of your home (off-season)
• Put you in touch with appropriate repair service and oversee necessary repairs.
• Resetting electric appliances/breakers from power outage/surge.
All other personal visits: $15 visit w/package
  ($40 w/o package).

ALL OF THE ABOVE SERVICES PLUS:
• Pre-arrival – heat or A/C turned on, porch and interior lights turned on.
• Stocking the refrigerator and bar to your    specifications. (see contract)
• Clearing out unwanted flyers and newspapers from your yard/mail box.
• Checking your contracted services to make sure services are performed.
• Complete summer/winterization check.
• Flush toilets/check faucets.
• Checking doors and windows to be sure they’re secure.
• Boat check for waterfront property owners
• Smoke/CO Detector checks.
• Smoke/CO Detector checks.

  All other personal visits: $15 visit w/package
